FREE Standard Shipping on Orders over $50 and 90 Day Return Policy
FlashlightZ.com is proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on any order over $50 that is shipping to the lower 48 states in the United States. Please note that your order must total over $50 AFTER any discounts or coupons are applied, and before shipping and taxes are applied. Standard shipping typically takes 3-10 business days and means that your order will ship the most economical method possible. Free or flat rate shipping does not apply to some oversized items.
The customer will be responsible for all shipping unless specifically otherwise stated. We primarily ship packages via USPS and UPS. There is no guarantee that we will ship the order same day. We also cannot guarantee that your package will arrive in any particular time frame. If your package has been delayed beyond its original scheduled delivery date, we will not be able to refund any shipping charges.
If a package is lost or damaged, it is the customer's responsibility to report the findings to FlashlightZ.com so that the issue may be resolved in a timely manner. Lost
UPS packages must be reported within 30 days of the original ship date of the
package. Lost USPS packages must be reported within 90 days of the original
ship date. The postal service will not allow us to open a USPS claim before 45
days from the original ship date. If you feel that your USPS package has been
lost, you must submit your concern in writing so that we may open a claim with
the postal service. Please be aware that claims cannot be opened after 90 days,
and FlashlightZ.com assumes no responsibility for claims made after these time
periods. Flashlightz.com is not responsible for shipments that are shown as "delivered" and confirmed by USPS as "delivered". Please note any shipment that goes out via Standard Shipping may not be rerouted by FlashlightZ.com after the package is in
FlashlightZ.com attempts to ship order as quickly as possible. As a result, once an order is submitted, we will not be able to cancel your order once it has been fully processed, nor will we be able to stop it from shipping. At that point, the customer will still be responsible for returning the package back to FlashlightZ.com and are subject to the normal Return's Policy.

below retail prices may or may not be backordered depending on future
availability. FlashlightZ.com, Inc. cannot be held responsible for pricing or

90 Day Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your FlashlightZ.com purchase, you may return your order to us for a refund or store credit within 90 days. Please note that returned items must be unworn and as they were received in their original packaging with included accessories & promotional items. If an item is returned that is used and not "like new", we will either deny the return or offer a % store credit based on the condition of the item.
To return a product, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your request to begin the process. We can only issue refunds to a credit card within 45 days of the original shipment date. All returns over 45 days will be issued as a store credit. The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and FlashlightZ.com will not refund the original shipping charge. If you received a promotional item with the original purchase, you will also need to include the promotional item(s) with the return.
If you received a defective item, you may be required to send directly back to the manufacturer. Please email email@example.com if you are returning a defective item.
FlashlightZ BEACON Lifetime Warranty
The FlashlightZ BEACON® comes with a Lifetime Warranty. We will replace or repair your BEACON® flashlight in the case of manufacturing defects. Normal wear is not covered by this warranty. The Lithium Ion battery & Accessories are NOT covered by this warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping the defective flashlight to our physical address and will be charged a flat fee of $10 for shipping & handling for FlashlightZ to ship the customer the new or repaired BEACON flashlight. FlashlightZ is the only authorized seller of the Beacon flashlight. Warranty will only be covered upon verifying the purchase was made on www.flashlightz.com or the Flashlightz amazon store.

Within 90 Days of Purchase:
Falls within the FlashlightZ 90 Day no hassle returns. Item must be in like new condition and all accessory items must be returned that were included in the original purchase. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org to go through troubleshooting steps before returning. Many issues can be resolved over the phone.
After 90 Days from Purchase:
FlashlightZ will provide free warranty servicing for defective Klarus lights. Customer will be responsible for shipping costs incurred to return the light back to our service center. Customers are not responsible for shipping cost of the fixed or replaced light back to them. After 5 years from the purchase date, customers may be responsible for purchasing the replacement parts and shipping cost to get the replacement parts.
