A monster keychain light, the Nitecore Tip is one of the brightest pocket-sized LED flashlights! Equipped with a CREE XP-G2 (G3) LED, the Tip delivers 360 lumens. It features a dual switch design: one switch to turn the flashlight ON and OFF and one switch to cycle through the four brightness levels: High - 360 lumens, Medium - 150 lumens, Low - 35 lumens, and Moonlight - 1 lumen. Included with the Tip is a multi-purpose pocket clip that you can use to cover the switches and prevent accidental illumination. It also features two intelligent modes: the Daily Mode where the flashlight will turn off automatically after 30 seconds of no operation and the Constant-On Mode which provides continuous illumination. The Daily Mode is perfect for battery conservation, short time illumination, and if it accidentally turns on, it'll turn off again in 30 seconds, preserving power.

The Tip has an internal lithium-ion battery pack that can be charged directly through the micro USB port on the flashlight. So you can charge the flashlight while working at your computer, plugged into a wall adapter, on-the-go with a car adapter, and more. The mode switch also acts as a power indicator to let you know the battery’s remaining charge. The Tip has Advanced Temperature Regulation (ATR) technology that helps to regulate the light’s output and prevent overheating. Made from anodized aluminum, the Tip is a durable torch; it’s impact resistant up to 1.5 meters and is water resistant up to IP54 standards (protected against water splashes). The Tip is an excellent EDC light whether you’re a seasoned flashlight enthusiast or a beginner with high-end flashlights!

Astounding Light!

Product Reviews:
I don't give five stars to anything lightly (pun intended), but the TIP is an underrated flashlight that deserves much more attention, not only to the flashlight/torch community, but to everyone at large. The TIP is astoundingly easy to use, easy to charge and easy to carry. In fact, I never thought a small light like this could be an Every Day Carry (EDC) light, but it can. With a powerful yet steady 360 lumens, it not only puts out the horsepower, it does so for a very long time. A half an hour on high, and an hour and a half at medium 150 lumens! (I remember when police flashlights were advertised at that power!)

The light is lightweight and reliable. You can hang it around your neck or put it on your key ring. Either way it works. I remember the time I had to work on a computer in subdued lighting and would have really found the TIP handy, but that was before this great light was available.

The light is inexpensive. It's reliable. It's attractive. And it's durable. It scores over and over. I usually can't recommend one light for everyone, but this is an exception.
