Klarus 360T1 Tactical Tail Switches
As I mentioned before, the Klarus 360T1 is an innovative switch design that allows you to operate the flashlight from any angle. You have the main switch that is a protruding round button right in the center of that tailcap, as well as the secondary switch which is a ring around that main switch. This means, you want me to rotate the flashlight to find the right switch and there will be no fumbling. All you need to do is pull the flashlight out and click whichever button you need to so that operating your Klarus flashlight is incredibly fast. The tail switches have a bumpy texture to guarantee a firm grip with your fingers so you can be sure you'll be clicking the right button when you need it.
What Tactical Flashlights Does it Fit On?
Here are the Klarus flashlight models that the 360T1 is compatible with:
You shouldn't expect any difference in the user interface if you use the 360T1. If your flashlight comes with programmable settings, the 360 T1 will still follow the rules of those settings. If the flashlight offers access to a momentary on, a One-Touch Turbo, a One-Touch Strobe, or One-Touch Low, you'll still get these features using the 360T1.
Klarus 360X3 3200 Lumen Tactical Flashlight
If you're interested in the Klarus 360X series flashlights, then let's go ahead and cover a few of their features here starting with the Klarus 360X3. This tactical flashlight delivers an incredible 3200 lumens and offers a wonderfully wide and diffused beam. It features a triple switch design that includes those 360 degree omnidirectional dual tail switches as well as a side switch that functions independently. So you can choose which switches you'd like to use at whatever time. With the tail switches you'll have access to a momentary on, One-Touch Turbo, and a One- Touch Strobe or a One-Touch Low. What the side switch you’ll have access to a built-in memory function as well as a One Touch Low.
The 360X3 features six total outputs that includes two flashing modes as well as two programmable settings. In the Tactical Setting, which is the default setting, the tail switches will give you a momentary on, a One-Touch Turbo, and a One-Touch Strobe. Using the tail switches, you only be able to access three of the four brightness levels in this setting. In the Outdoor Setting, you'll get a One-Touch Turbo, a One-Touch Low, and you'll be able to cycle through all four brightness levels using the tail switches. No matter what setting you have the flashlight in, the side switch will operate the exact same way and will give you access to all four brightness levels no matter the setting. Also, you are able to lock out the side switch as well as the tail switches.
The 360X3 is a USB rechargeable flashlight and features an Intelligent Charging System. You can refer to the charging indicator to know the status of the battery. Also, the charging indicator doubles as a battery capacity indicator that will glow a certain color for a few seconds after you first turn on the flashlight. This can help you better plan your usage of the Klarus 360X3. This tactical flashlight is a true beast. It's extremely powerful, durable, practical, and versatile. Check out the Klarus 360X3 today.
Klarus 360X1 Compact Tactical Flashlight
The Klarus 360X1 functions in a very similar manner to the Klarus 360X3. This flashlight is a little more compact and would be better for everyday carry. It delivers up to 1800 lumens and features a more focused beam. Rather than the triple switch design, the 360X1 tactical flashlight only has the 360° omni-directional tail switches. So with the tail switches you have access to a momentary-on, a One-Touch Turbo, a One-Touch Low or a One-Touch Strobe, and an SOS. You can still lock out the tail switches just in case you'd like to prevent any accidental illumination.
The 360X1 does feature six output levels with a strobe mode and an SOS mode. It also features the two programmable settings that function the same way as the 360X3. So the Tactical Setting will still have access to the momentary on, One-Touch Turbo, and One-Touch Strobe. In the Outdoor Setting you'll have access to a One-Touch Turbo, a momentary-on, and a One-Touch Low. In the Tactical Setting you will have access to three of the four brightness levels, whereas in the Outdoor Setting, you will have access to all four.
The 360X1 tactical flashlight is also USB rechargeable and features that same Intelligent Charging System. You can refer to the charging indicator while the flashlight is charging to see the status of the battery. When you first turn on the flashlight the battery capacity indicator will glow to indicate the battery capacity level so that you can plan your usage a little bit better. If you're looking for a compact and yet ultimate tactical flashlight, make sure to check out the Klarus 360X1.
