RETURN POLICY If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from NTsupply.com and its affiliated sites, simply return your merchandise within 60 days of the purchase date. Some restrictions apply. Please read the following information before issuing a request for RMA. (use button at the bottom of the page) HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN Once you have determined that you need to fill out a Return Form, click on the button at the bottom of the page to fill out the form and obtain your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please include a copy of the RMA form inside your return package. Be sure to indicate your RMA # on the return shipping label. It is recommended that you ship with an insured carrier. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS The following items are non-returnable:
EXCHANGES We do not offer exchanges. If you need a product other than what you ordered, please place a new order for that product and return the unwanted product for a refund using our RMA form. METHOD OF REFUNDS NTsupply.com and its affiliated sites will credit any refunds to the credit card or payment account used at the time of the original purchase. SHIPPING REFUNDS
GOODS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT? If your purchase is damaged in transit please contact us and we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
RECEIVED AN INCORRECT PRODUCT? If the product received is not the product listed on your order confirmation email - DO NOT fill out the Returns Form from the link below. Contact customer service at contact@ntsupply.com and we will investigate the situation immediately. THINK YOUR ITEM IS DEFECTIVE? If your purchase is not performing correctly indicating manufacturer defect, please call our customer service technicians to assist in making sure the item is properly installed and is appropriate for your application at 1-866-764-9900. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY REFUND? Refunds can take between 7-10 business days to be processed from the date the items are received in our warehouse. It can take an additional three to four business days for the issuing bank to post your credit. NEED TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
