I bought this item to always have a compact, lightweight flashlight for everyday use and emergency use. For only one led bulb, it puts out a lot of light. The case contains the battery that looks like it can be easily replaced, so it is not a disposable.

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment and have 3 of them hanging in special places. 1 is for when I climb under my desk and try to sort out the many PC cables. 1 hangs inside a our hutch door for when we have to dig into the darkness to find can goods. I hangs on the wall over the thermostat so I can peak at the setting in the dark. I have 2 spares just in case they get hard to get. I have had an original set for about 5 years before two got a little weak. Thats a lot of usage for a very small cost.

I am so pleased to have a replacement for my long-used Key Chain Light. It is so easy to use, light
weight, helpful for unlocking doors in the dark,
finding things under the car seat, lighting the path if walking after dark. I have had one for many years and actually use it in a variety of situations. It is very handy to have.

This is a Great Buy for the money BUT the one thing that needs to be addressed in the manufacturing of it is that when you pull on the light to get your keys out of your pocket the swivel ring comes off of the pin to easy leaving your keys in your pocket and the light detached from the key ring. I use a pair of electrical connector pliers to crimp the ring a little and it helps a lot. It is a GREAT Little Light and is Very Bright and reliable. For the cost it can't be beat!
