Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
The Light is well balanced and easy to grip, even with wet hands. The three settings come in handy and the battery life is much longer than I would expect. The only complaint is with the switch. The button is small and very stiff. It would also be nice if there were an off postion between each power level.
