I remember reading a review of the Nightstar shake-light in which the phrase "built to last" featured prominently.
Everything the Nightstar was, the Faraday isn't. It's cheap, made of fairly thin plastic, and can be *taken apart*. It's probably got a water-resistance depth measured in negative numbers.
But for all that, it's still a shake light. It'll never need batteries, and if that's what you need, then the Faraday will work. Just don't expect something built to last.
