being handicapped,i've been looking for a lightweight and brightly made flashlight.it is exactly what i needed. my mom is 95. and she has poor vision. this well lit flashlight,provides her with finding what she's looking for. great product.i'will probably buy again.

I have been using these flashlights for years. Including the 5-cell unit. It is important to put a small dab of Vaseline on the threaded surfaces.
(Really NyoGel is better). This will make turning the caps, etc., easier and will protect the lights for years.

We have about 33 security officers that patrol a large hospital campus. The Mini Maglite is a great flashlight for our officers. It is easy to carry, the batteries last a long time, and the price was great. Besides getting a great deal, the light also came with a belt holster and batteries.

This is basically the standard decent light for small incandescents. Most LED's will provide more light than this one however this light has other attributes that are more that just its output. The mini mag is only cost several dollars. It comes with a second spare bulb in the tail cap. The beam is focusable and can be used for many situations that do not need huge amounts of light. Buy several of these and just place them all over the house, car, garage, toolboxes and they will last for years.
