Comments about Glo-Toob Glo-ToobT FX - White 7 Mode Light Source:
I bought this because I used my friends Glo-Toob awhile back, and I was looking for a great light for cooking/lighting my tent on a recent backpacking trip. It puts off enough light to see, but not to do something like reading. It lit up my tent just enough that I could see what I was doing, and see the other people in my tent, but details were not that great. We ended up using our headlamps more often than the Glo-Toob. It is fully water proof, and as such would be great for SCUBA diving and in an emergency situation, but otherwise I highly recommend just getting a good headlamp for camping/backpacking.
