I use this light on my helmet at work and the LED model definitely cuts through the smoke a lot better than I thought. I wish it wasn't disposable but regardless in the two fires we've had on my shift it really holds up nicely.

I purchase these flashlights repeatedly.

THIS FLASHLIGHT IS A PERFECT SIZE FOR YOUR FISHING BOX.I WILL ALWAYS HAVE ONE IN MINE.IT HONESTLY SAVED A BUDDY AND I FROM A SURE BOAT WRECK..WE WERE HEADING BACK TO AN ISLAND WE WERE CAMPING ON IN LAKE GEORGE IN TOTAL DARKNESS. WE DISCOVERED THE 2 MILLION WATT FLASHLIGHT WE NEEDED WAS STILL IN MY BUDDYS TENT.. ALL WE HAD WAS THE LIFE LITE IN MY FISHING BOX..WE MANAGED TO FIND THE ISLAND BUT COULDNT SEE THE DOCK..WE MUST HAVE BEEN 25FT OUT WHEN I HIT THE SWITCH..MAN I TELL I COULDNT BELIEVE IT LIT UP THE WHOLE DOCK AND INLET IT WAS GREAT..WE NEVER I MEAN NEVER COULD HAVE DOCKED OUR 23FT BOAT WITHOUT IT..FORGET ALL THE OTHER FLASHLIGHTS OUT THERE;I CANT RATE THIS FLASHLIGHT ANY HIGHER I WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER BRAND..
