Nice little lights but not quite as good output as Garrity's no longer available K036. I do like, however, the more compact size of these---truly a go anywhere light source. I have five scattered through the house and one in each vehicle.

I LOVE THIS FLASHLIGHT. The rubberized cover is non-slip, easy to grip, and feels great in the hand. My own problem is that I can no longer find them in this area of Texas. It seems any time there is an excellent, reasonably priced product, stores have to discontinue carrying it. Anyway, to the folks at Garrity...this is such a winner, don't change a thing and don't go out of business!

I can not express with words my admiration for my eight Garrity lights! I'm a senior man. I wish they were around during my youth.
I have given them to family and friends; they all thank me for the wonderful gift.
I still wear my very old Timex watch; thanks to Garrity.
While night fishing with my friend, I cast my line, and with it went my Timex. Since no-one else was around I changed into my Birthday suit, grabbed my Garrity light and dove in. We use a Kerosene latern, so I knew about where my watch sank. The depth was about twenty feet. I swam the bottom outward about forty feet. I was near out of breath when I spotted my Timex; I grabbed it and went to the top holding it up for my friend to see, yelling, "I found it"!
I was impressed how bright the beam was, even in somewhat murky pond water. My faithful old Timex sure "took a licking, and kept on ticking"!
My Garrity took a dive, and stayed alive! :-)
I took it apart to inspect for leakage, and found not a drop! Garrity, a near perfect product!

Best little flashlights ever. Too bad it seems that every time a perfect product comes along they disappear from the market before they really catch on. Hope that never happens with these. They really are perfect. They're bright, small, corrosion proof, use very little power. They run on 3 triple A's, and the LED lights will last a lifetime. I hope these products never go off the market. That's why I ordered a dozen of these, and I'll soon order a dozen more. They are just that good. And less than 10 bucks to boot. What more could you want?

I use the flashlight to walk to the bus stop to go to work in the mornings. I live in suburbia and leave the house at 5 am, and in the fall/winter it's dark.

The flashlight is bright and allows me to see grade differences, tripping hazards, and black ice/slippery spots. It's also good to allow cars to see you when crossing or in the street.

I would love if it covered a larger area but it's very small and not bright enough for that but it gets the job done.

I bought one of these about a year ago so that I could carry an emergency flashlight on my motorcycle. Due to space constraints, it had to be small. My husband needed a light at his bedside after surgery, as he slept in another room. When he needed to call me he needed a light for the phone and this was PERFECT. It's small and doesn't take up a bunch of space. I can also carry it in my purse. It illuminates wonderfully we both love it.

We needed lights for crew boats. You know, the long narrow ones with eight rowers. They go out to practice before dawn, and have to carry lights to be seen by other boats. Something bright, compact, reasonably waterproof and resistant to salt water corrosion. We tried a bunch of models. The Garrity 9 LED flashlights worked best. Then we had get 'em by the dozen, at a reasonable price too. FlashlightZ delivered. Our only complaint is the switch. It's the part that seems to fail first. But, clipped on the prow of a boat, getting splashed by salt-water, is a pretty harsh environment.

The Garrity K035G's lack of a real parabolic reflector means that, even under conditions of nearly absolute darkness (such as during a power failure or on a hiking trail on a moonless night), it'll only throw what can be considered a bright amount of light up to a maximum of about three feet, but still quite useful amounts of light up to as much as fifty feet or more. Also, at this price point, there couldn't possibly be any circuitry in this flashlight to regulate the battery drain: you're bound to have something at the end of the claimed sixteen hours, but I'd be astonished if the output is brighter than 50% of maximum at the end of maybe five hours or so. No, I haven't actually tested this, it's merely an educated guess. Still, for the price, this little guy's plenty bright enough for a camera bag, purse or glove box, or for use in a tent at night or as part of an emergency preparedness kit. Heck. throw three or four of these into the emergency kit so that everyone can have one when the lights go out. Bright enough, sturdy, way affordable and cute as a bug. Highly recommended!

I purchased the flashlight to replace an OLD one which used a LARGE battery (I think it was 5V) and was VERY DIFFICULT to assemble because it didn't seem to fit together well. When the battery died a purchased THIS flashlight because it seemed easy to use and was much smaller. I haven't used the product much YET but I purchased it JUST IN CASE I'd need it. NO REGRETS!

I love these lights. My family loves these lights which is why mine keep disappearing. However, I opened a brand new light and put the batteries in. The light would not light. I figured I put the batteries in wrong. I took the pack out and popped one battery out. I happened to touch the end of the plastic and burned myself. No, I did not shock myself it was extremely hot. My wife noticed the plastic was melted and smelled like it was burning. We threw it out. No idea why this would happen.

I needed some temporary lights on the boat. They run about [$] a piece and a boat needs 3 of them. I bought these little lights and just glued a green piece of plastic on one, a red piece of plastic on another one, and just snap them on the boat with a broom stick holder. Work great and burn a long time. Good product. Just bought 3 more.

This is a small light weight flashlight in a rugged plastic case that won't break if you drop it. The light output is bright but not tightly focused. Great for up to 15'especially for the price.

I bought four of these - you can never have enough flashlights. I keep them around the house and in the car, and for walking at night. They're durable, tough, BRIGHT and cheap. What more could you want? They're so inexpensive that I might pick up another few. I have much more expensive flashlights I've been using for hiking (like, 10 to 20 times as expensive) and I don't really see what's better about them, to be honest.

Uses 3 AAA batteries...pop in 3 Lithium AAA batteries, and you can forget about the flashlight for 10 to 15 years and it will still light like it had fresh batteries. Lithium Batteries tend not to leak, great light for emergencies...have them in every drawer.

I use it at night in my car to read delivery tickets. It's compact so it's easy to hold and takes up little space for storage. being the bulbs are LED, it's extremely bright and the beam is focused and narrowed not wide spread. That's a plus for me. There simply isn't any thing I don't like about this flash light. That's why I bought it.

I work second shift, and have to walk my little dog at 10:30 at night. I have been on a quest to find a small flashlight, with a wrist strap, that is BRIGHT. I need to be able to see my doggie to make sure she's not getting into anything she shouldn't, I need us to be visible to oncoming traffic, and I need to be able to find her "business" so that I can pick up after her! This flashllight fits the bill perfectly. It is nice and bright, it's small, the strap is perfect to go around my wrist, it has a very convenient on/off button, and it is durable, in case I drop it. It is also very reasonably priced. I would recommend it to anyone, and I am very pleased with my pruchase. My old flashlights burned through batteries in no time, but this one is still going strong. A very nicely focussed beam - not as much as I'd like but good for an LED flashlight. Good and Bright. So many of these new flashlights are relatively over the top on price ($25 and up). At [$], these are correctly priced.

I purchased for hunting and loved it so much I ordered alot more and gave them to my hunting buddies and their wives for their car. I use them frequently at home or in the woods. It has a blinding brightness that is unmatchable in such a small flashlight.I have bought extras that are still in the package so I will have them when needed in the future.
